To assist you in meeting this requirement, the Ridgewater Board is pleased to offer an easy and convenient solution through our Home Soft Washing or Power Washing continuum. This process is not only vital for complying with our Declarations and Bylaws but also plays a crucial role in improving the aesthetics of our neighborhood, maintaining property values, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all residents and visitors.
In addition to washing the front, back, and side vinyl of your home, we are excited to offer an additional home washing service specifically tailored for those with vinyl fences. These fences often accumulate unsightly dirt, algae, mold, and mildew, which can now be easily addressed with our specialized service.
To further improve our community-wide standards, we have developed a special package for homeowners who wish to extend their cleaning efforts beyond the standard home wash. This comprehensive package includes the cleaning of driveways, front sidewalks, 12×12 patios, and even the roofs of your homes.
By taking advantage of this package, you can ensure that every aspect of your property is clean and well-maintained, further enhancing the overall appearance and value of our community. Affordable Home Washing Pricing for Your Home
Ingdhands and their network of partners are pleased to provide Ridgewater residents with standardized quality and tailored pricing based on two things: (1) leveraging the collective strength of our community, and (2) the livable square footage of your home.
Services include a standard wash to remove algae, mildew, and dirt buildup from the siding of the home. Included are guaranteed precautions to protect the health of your plants and lawn.
Here’s a breakdown of the rates for home washing:
For homes less than 3,000 square feet: $250.00
For homes up to 3,500 square feet: $325.00
For homes with basements or over 3,500 square feet: $400.00
Note: Rust, Oxidation or other uncommon stains may be additional or unable to be removed

Package A: Driveway, Patio, and Sidewalk Washing – $150.00
This package provides a comprehensive cleaning of your driveway, front sidewalk, and a 12×12 patio area. Over time, these surfaces can accumulate dirt, grime, and stains that detract from the overall appearance of your home. Our professional washing service will remove these unsightly blemishes, leaving your surfaces looking clean and refreshed. Please note that while we strive to remove all stains, rust, oil, paint, or graffiti removal may incur additional charges depending on the severity and complexity of the cleaning required.
Package B: Fence Washing Package – $120.00
The white and off-white vinyl fences in our community are often the first thing visitors see, and a clean fence can make a significant difference in the overall impression of your property. This package covers both sides of your fence where accessible, removing dirt, mold, and mildew that can accumulate over time. A clean fence not only enhances the appearance of your yard but also helps to prolong the life of your fencing material. As with Package A, please be aware that rust, oil, paint, or graffiti removal may be subject to additional charges.
Package C: Soft Roof Washing Package For Asphalt Shingles
We are also offering a soft shingle roof washing package, which is crucial for maintaining the health and longevity of your roof. The prices for this package are as follows:
One-Story Home: $325.00
Two-Story Home: $425.00
Three-Story Home: $500.00
