Ridgewater HOA Newsletter Policy

Purpose

The Ridgewater Homeowners Association (HOA) Newsletter serves as a vital communication tool to keep residents informed about community events, updates, and important information. This policy outlines the guidelines for the creation, distribution, and content of the newsletter.

Scope

This policy applies to all Ridgewater HOA newsletters, whether distributed in print or electronically.

Newsletter Frequency

The newsletter will be published quarterly, with additional special editions as needed to address urgent community matters or events.

Content Guidelines

The newsletter will include, but is not limited to:

• Community events and activities
• Updates from the HOA Board
• Important announcements and reminders
• Articles of interest to residents (e.g., safety tips, community highlights)
• Opportunities for resident contributions (e.g., photos, stories)

Submission Process

Residents are encouraged to submit content for consideration. Submissions should be sent to the HOA Board via ridgewaterhoaboard@gmail.com by the designated deadline for each newsletter edition.

All submissions are subject to review and approval by the HOA Board to ensure appropriateness and relevance.

Distribution

The newsletter will be distributed via email to all residents who have provided their email addresses and will also be made available on the Ridgewater HOA website. Printed copies may be distributed at community events or made available upon request.

Confidentiality and Privacy

The HOA will respect the privacy of residents and will not include personal information without consent. Any resident contributions will be credited appropriately.

Policy Review
