Summary of Ridgewater HOA Ridgewater Poop Station Rules, Guidelines and Policy 10.30.2025

Dear Residents:

Ridgewater HOA Poop Station Policy

To maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all residents and their pets, the Ridgewater Homeowners Association (HOA) has established the following Poop Station Policy:

Purpose: The Poop Station is provided to encourage responsible pet ownership and to help keep our community clean.

Usage: All pet owners are required to clean up after their pets immediately. The Poop Station is equipped with waste bags for this purpose. However, pet owners should maintain their own supply of waste bags and leave home with waste bags in the event their pet poops before they reach the poop station.

Proper Disposal: After using the waste bags, please dispose of them in the designated trash receptacles located at the Poop Station. Do not leave waste bags on the ground or in other areas.

Respect for Others: Be considerate of your neighbors by ensuring that your pet does not relieve itself in common areas, such as playgrounds, sidewalks, or near residential entrances.

Report Issues: If you notice that the Poop Station is out of supplies or in need of maintenance, please report it to the HOA for prompt action.

Pet Behavior: All pets must be leashed when outside of designated pet areas. Aggressive behavior towards other pets or people will not be tolerated.

Community Responsibility: All residents are encouraged to remind fellow pet owners of their responsibilities regarding pet waste. A clean community benefits everyone.

By following these guidelines, we can ensure that the Ridgewater community remains a clean and enjoyable place for all residents and their pets.

Thank you for your cooperation!
