Please know, in the Ridgewater community, no lot can be used for timesharing or similar programs where multiple people share the right to use the property at different times, whether on a fixed schedule or a flexible one over several years.

This policy is based on CC&R ARTICLE 10: RIDGEWATER USE RESTRICTIONS, dated January 4, 2018, sections:

ARTICLE 10: RIDGEWATER USE RESTRICTIONS

10.21 Timesharing. No Lot shall be made subject to or be operated as a timesharing, fraction­ sharing, or similar program whereby the right to exclusive use of the Lot rotates among participants in the program on a fixed or floating time schedule over a period of years.
