Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum. • Things To Do In November 2026

Between now and the end of December 2026, the Board will be working with our new management company on several important community matters: 1. 2027 Budget and Reserve Study: Ridgewater is conducting a best-practice reserve study to assess the strengths and needs of our common areas and infrastructure. The findings will help inform the 2027 budget. 2. Assessment Review: The Board will review assessments and determine any necessary changes. We strive to keep quarterly increases to a minimum; last year, assessments increased by just $3 per quarter. 3. Planning 2026 Annual Meeting: Our annual meeting will take place in December. More details will be shared as they become available. 4. Planning Board Elections: Three Board positions expire at the end of December 2026: (1) Gerald Wesley, President; (2) Cynthia Brown, Secretary; and (3) Sean New, Member at Large, who completed Noah Halbert’s term. Although all three are running for re-election, all three Board positions will be open to interested candidates. 5. Establishing Residency Requirements: The Board plans to ask residents to vote on proposed changes to the CC&R declarations originally established by Mattamy. The goal is to consider protections related to the number of rental properties in the community and address concerns about investor-owned properties and their potential effects on property values and quality of life. Further information will be provided before any vote.
